Each adoption comes with your chosen bear, a personalized digital adoption certificate, a care letter, and an adventure journal to download. Plus, your Bibu Bear always arrives ready to hug!
What’s the size of the Bibu Bears?
The bears are approximately 30 cm tall (depending on the model and outfit). They’re soft, high quality, and made to last.
Can I buy an outfit without the bear?
Yes! Just choose the Outfit Only option in any product, and you’ll receive the costume without the bear.
How long does shipping take?
We offer free worldwide shipping 🌍. Orders usually take 7–10 business days depending on your country. You’ll get a tracking number to check your order status anytime.
What if I want to return my order?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the product is unused and in its original condition. To request a return, contact us by email.
How do I care for my Bibu Bear and outfits?
We recommend gentle cleaning with a damp cloth. Do not machine wash or tumble dry to keep your bear soft and safe.
