Orders are recorded immediately after placement and are typically processed within 1 business day.

In rare cases, processing may take slightly longer due to:

  • High order volumes
  • Customs inspections or extreme weather conditions

If any significant delay occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Delivery times depend on the destination country. All timeframes below are estimated and expressed in business days.

2.1 Express Shipping

Express (Fast) Shipping is available for selected countries and provides shorter delivery times than standard shipping.

Availability and pricing for Express Shipping are shown at checkout and depend on the destination.


2.2 Carrier Selection

We automatically select the most reliable courier based on your location.
At this time, it is not possible to request a specific carrier.


3. Shipping Rates, Customs & Tracking

3.1 Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination
  • Shipping method selected (Standard or Express)
  • Order value

Free standard shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount, as displayed at checkout.


3.2 Customs Duties & Taxes

Most orders are shipped without customs duties or taxes.

However, for countries where Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) applies, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees charged by their country.


3.3 Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please note:

  • Tracking updates may pause while the package is undergoing customs clearance
  • Tracking information usually refreshes within 48–72 hours after customs processing

This is normal and does not indicate a problem with your order.


4. Order Cancellation & Modifications

4.1 Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided that a first-mile tracking number has not yet been assigned.

To cancel an order, please contact us with your order number as soon as possible.


4.2 Order Modifications

Changes such as address corrections are only possible before the first-mile tracking number is assigned.

Please contact our support team immediately if a modification is required.


5. Delivery Issues

5.1 Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it:

  • Please wait up to 48 hours, as delivery confirmations may appear early
  • If the issue persists, contact our support team

5.2 Responsibility After Delivery

Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier, Bibu Bears is not responsible for loss or theft at the delivery location.

In such cases, customers should file a claim directly with the courier.


5.3 Pickup Locations

If a package is held at a pickup location, the tracking information will provide the pickup details.
Our support team can assist if you need help locating this information.


5.4 Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or courier disruptions beyond our control.


6. Return to Sender & Lost Packages

6.1 Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If the shipping address provided is incorrect or incomplete and delivery cannot be completed:

  • Refunds or free replacements are not offered

Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order.


6.2 Recipient Unavailable

If delivery attempts fail due to recipient unavailability and the package is returned:

  • Refunds or free replacements are not provided

6.3 Lost Packages

A package is considered lost if tracking does not update for 20 consecutive days.

If this happens, please contact our support team so we can investigate and assist you.


7. Order Issues & Support

7.1 Missing Items

If an item is missing from your order, please provide a photo of the packing slip and we will arrange a reshipment.


7.2 Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item, please send photographic evidence.
We will ship the correct item at no additional cost.


7.3 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please send photos and we will send a replacement free of charge.


7.4 Missing Parts

If any item arrives with missing parts, contact us with photos and we will ship the missing parts at no cost.
